The Sama fishing was custom rebuilt in the year 2005 to Capt. Pedro specifications. She is powered in 2007 by a twin new diesel engines Yanmar all electronic diesel and ZF twin speed transmission.. Her fuel capacity is more than 1200 litres. She is 36 feet long and 11 feet wide. Her large beam gives her kindly sea keeping manners.
We feel it is important to have as much open deck space for our clients available as possible. The bait wells and fish holds do not take up any deck space.
The tuna tower has a super tall, heavily built tower with a canopy for sun protection. Height off the water is extremely important when sight fishing for giant tuna and striped bass.
